Financial Affairs Unit

Overview

The unit aims to perform all financial matters for affiliates of the faculty including faculty members, employees and distinction students

Mission

1. Preparing salaries and allowances of members of the faculty including Saudis and workers on contract.
2. Preparing full budget of the faculty.
3. Preparing reports of extra lectures for overtime of faculty members.
4. Preparing reports of faculty councils and councils of scientific departments in the faculty.
5. Preparing reports of delegations and attending conferences and workshops of faculty affiliates.
6. Preparing reports for working overtime for faculty employees.
7. Preparing Letters of financial affairs.
8. Entering data of new distinction students in the computer records and issuing decisions of their payments due.
9. Preparing checks and delivering them to members and affiliates of the University.
10. Following up the faculty’s financial affairs and coordinating with Budgeting and Planning Administration.
11. Following up the financial policies and procedures and supervising their effective implementation.
12. Ascertaining the fulfillment of all methodical conditions in all financial transactions.
13. Contacting directly at the administrative level in different university administrations to facilitate the procedures related to financial affairs.
14. Revising charges and making sure of their methodical completion.
15. Preparing replies to all financial transactions of the faculty.
16. Keeping copies of financial affairs transactions in a special file to access when needed.
17. Arranging and organizing files of financial affairs transactions.
