Document Details Document Type : Article In Journal  Document Title : EARLY BONE GRAFTING IN CLEFT LIP AND CLEFT PALATE الترقيع العظمى الأولى لشق الشفة والفك العلوى وسقف الحلق   Document Language : English  Abstract : Bone grafting of the cleft maxilla and palate has caused considerable controversy and discussion .Too often clefts of the palate treated by conventional methods lead to collapse of the lesser segment of the maxilla and limit the potential of orthodontic treatment .Effects of early bone grafting on facial skeletal growth in patients with cleft lip and palate .
