Academic Affairs Unit

Overview

The Educational Affairs Unit represented in the Vice-Dean of the Faculty and all  the unit members exert maximum effort in support of the educational process within the faculty. The unit is responsible for all educational and academic matters within the faculty and is responsible  for overcoming all educational and academic obstacles to ensure the studying process in the faculty is enjoyable and successful.

Mission

Educational Affairs Unit carries out the tasks related to facilitating students affairs in the following:

• 1Academic guidance  and orientation to the students.

• 1- Applying software in registering curriculum according to academic plans for all the departments of the Faculty of Applied Medical Sciences.
• 2- Processes of deletion and addition.
• 3- Coordinating lecture schedules and examination schedules with Heads of Departments.
• 4- Supervising study rooms.
• 5- Monitoring  the academic status of students throughout the study period in the faculty.
• 6- Coordinating with Heads of Departments and the  Deanship of Admission and Registration and the Deanship of Students Affairs.
• 7- Coordinating with student courses organizers in the university to improve the students performance.
